I am a real estate professional from head to toe, thinking analytically and strategically, acting thoughtfully and quickly. With this mix, I was successful in Germany for more than thirty years as a consultant and dealmaker in commercial property. My work focused on UK investors looking to purchase property in Germany.

Since moving to Scotland, I am now using my experience in investing in property no longer for third parties or clients but only for myself. 

Real estate is one of the most attractive capital investment opportunities with an adequate return potential.

Location and diversification are important factors here. The Scottish real estate market has proven to be resilient to crises and offers interesting urban development and new construction projects, especially in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

In this way I can personally decide and close a deal in the shortest possible time. When I decide on a deal, I process it immediately.

Helping a progressive vendor does not mean speculating on others misfortune or having to sell quickly under pressure with a large discount. 

It means that if someone wants to sell quickly and safely, I can offer them a reliable solution.

If you live far away and you inherited a property or you've been through a divorce and your job takes your full attention, the last thing you need is a laborious marketing process.

Who is Peter ?

Born on Valentines Day 1965 in a small town close to Coburg

I've seen a lot. Having lived in Boston, New York, Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich, I've now arrived in Edinburgh. 

I've always worked in property, probably because it never gets boring. I love my work and being outdoor and catching up with friends and spending time with my family.

Much is said and more is promised. But I can assure yor, what's on the outside of the label is what's you get from me. Meaning life is too short for BS. Just this much, so far everyone who I once worked with has been happy to come back to me.
